On August 21, I was invited by Bill McBrayer to dump the barrels for his Cedar Brook Wheated Bourbon Batch 5. 12 barrels are going into the batch for this bourbon and I will tell you that from being a part of the blending of the barrels, that this will be an exceptional bottle of bourbon . More details to come as the bourbon will be bottled on the 28th of August and released sometime in mid-September.
